Terms of Use
These terms and policies apply to LNSG.top, LNSG accounts, LNSG services, software, digital products, subscriptions, merchandise, community features, and other products or services offered through LNSG unless a specific product, quote, checkout page, or third-party provider states different terms for that transaction.
By accessing or using LNSG websites, accounts, products, services, software, or connected systems, you agree to follow these terms and any product-specific rules that apply to the feature you are using.
You may only access accounts, tools, administrative features, software, services, and other functionality that has been made available to you.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, gain unauthorized access to another account or system, interfere with LNSG infrastructure, exploit platform vulnerabilities, commit fraud, abuse other users, or use LNSG systems for unlawful activity.
Access to one LNSG product, title, role, service, or feature does not automatically grant access to any other LNSG product or feature.
LNSG may restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate access when necessary for platform security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment enforcement, community enforcement, protection of other users, or enforcement of LNSG rules.
Accounts
LNSG accounts may connect to third-party identities and platforms including Discord, Twitch, YouTube/Google, and other supported services.
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their connected accounts and for activity conducted through their LNSG account.
Some LNSG products or features may require a signed-in account.
Account permissions, roles, titles, product access, licenses, and administrative permissions are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Privacy
LNSG may collect and process information necessary to operate its products and services.
This may include:
- LNSG account information
- Connected Discord, Twitch, YouTube/Google, or other supported account identities
- Session and authentication information
- Website analytics and usage information
- Product access and license information
- Purchase, payment-status, subscription, and entitlement records
- Support requests and communications
- Moderation, enforcement, security, and fraud-prevention records
- Creator application information, verified applicant identities, and relevant LNSG community activity used to review Creator applications
- Device, browser, network, or technical information used for security, analytics, or platform operation
LNSG may use cookies, session identifiers, analytics identifiers, and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain signed-in sessions, measure usage, detect abuse, and improve LNSG products.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve advertising based on a user's prior visits to LNSG.top or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its advertising partners to serve ads based on visits to LNSG.top and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Additional information about Google's data use on partner sites is available at How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
Third parties involved in advertising or analytics may place or read cookies on a user's browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, device information, or similar identifiers as a result of ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention, and related advertising operations.
Third-party services such as Discord, Twitch, Google/YouTube, Stripe, Fourthwall, PayPal, and other providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
LNSG does not store payment-card numbers, card expiration dates, CVV or card security codes, or other full payment-card credentials on LNSG servers.
Payment-card information is entered into and processed by the third-party payment provider handling the transaction.
LNSG may store provider-generated customer identifiers, purchaser identifiers, checkout identifiers, transaction identifiers, payment identifiers, subscription identifiers, payment status, and related records necessary to identify, reconcile, fulfill, refund, dispute, revoke, or otherwise administer a purchase.
Certain transaction, security, enforcement, and audit records may be retained when needed to reconcile purchases, prevent abuse, maintain account history, investigate disputes, or protect LNSG systems.
Payments & Billing
Unless otherwise stated, LNSG prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Fourthwall, PayPal, or another provider identified during checkout.
The amount shown and accepted during checkout is the amount charged for that transaction.
A successful payment does not automatically mean that custom service work has been completed. Payment status and project or service completion status are separate.
Failed payments, refunds, payment reversals, disputes, chargebacks, or revoked transactions may result in cancellation or removal of licenses, subscriptions, services, or other paid access associated with that transaction and may also trigger ecosystem-wide administrative enforcement affecting the LNSG account, connected identities, and access to other LNSG products, services, or systems.
Watch & Save Rewards
Eligible signed-in users may voluntarily complete rewarded-ad offers to earn LNSG Points.
LNSG Points may be redeemed for eligible LNSG rewards when offered. The available reward, required points, and any applicable purchase discount are shown before redemption.
LNSG Points cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred between accounts.
Incomplete or abandoned rewarded-ad bundles do not earn the quoted points. Pending points are not available to spend until they clear.
Recurring Subscriptions
LNSG subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable service period.
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing schedule presented at checkout until canceled.
A cancellation request stops future renewal. Cancellation does not terminate access to an already-paid subscription period.
After cancellation, the subscriber continues to receive the purchased subscription access through the end of the current paid service period. Access ends when that paid period expires.
Subscription payments are non-refundable.
LNSG does not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for an already-paid subscription period.
Cancellation itself does not cause early termination of paid subscription access.
Access associated with a paid period may be terminated before the end of that period if the underlying payment is charged back, disputed, reversed, refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalidated.
LNSG Service Purchases
The services offered by LNSG, their descriptions, current pricing, included work, and other service-specific information are published on the LNSG Services page.
The service description, accepted quote, invoice, checkout, or other agreed scope determines the work being purchased.
Where a service does not have a single fixed price, the final amount is determined by the agreed scope of the requested work.
LNSG services are paid in advance.
LNSG does not begin service work until payment for the agreed work has been received.
Additional work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional payment.
Revisions
Customers are responsible for fully communicating and articulating their requested concept, requirements, preferences, specifications, and expectations before work begins.
Revisions are à la carte and are not included as unlimited or complimentary work within the original service purchase.
There is no fixed limit on the number of revisions a customer may request. Requested revisions may be billed separately according to the type and amount of additional work required.
A customer's change of mind, change in direction, newly supplied preference, omitted instruction, or request to alter work that accurately followed the previously supplied instructions is a billable revision.
If completed work is materially or conceptually inconsistent with clear instructions supplied before work began, LNSG may correct that issue without an additional revision charge at LNSG's discretion.
Customer Responsibilities & Delays
Customers are responsible for providing the information, instructions, files, credentials, account access, approvals, responses, or other materials necessary for LNSG to perform the purchased work.
Once paid work has begun, customer-caused delays do not automatically stop billable time.
If a customer's failure to provide required information, access, instructions, approvals, or responses causes additional work or time, any resulting additional billable time or fees are the customer's responsibility.
A customer choosing to delay, stop participating in, or abandon a project does not create a right to a refund.
Because work is paid in advance, amounts already paid remain payment for the purchased work, time, availability, and service capacity.
Service Completion
A service is considered completed when the agreed work has been delivered, performed, configured, repaired, reviewed, or otherwise completed according to the agreed scope.
Payment for the original scope occurs before work begins.
Additional work, revisions, expanded scope, additional hours, third-party expenses, or other work outside the original prepaid scope may require additional payment.
No Refunds for Services, Licenses & Subscriptions
Payments for LNSG services, licenses, and subscriptions are non-refundable.
LNSG does not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for services, licenses, or subscription periods after payment has been made.
A customer's change of mind, dissatisfaction, non-use, reduced use, failure to provide required information, customer-caused delay, abandonment of a project, or change in circumstances does not create a right to a refund.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not refund the current prepaid service period.
This policy does not prevent LNSG from correcting a verified duplicate charge, incorrect charge, or other payment-processing error.
Merchandise
LNSG merchandise may be fulfilled and processed by a third-party provider such as Fourthwall.
Product availability, variants, inventory, production, shipping, taxes, returns, damaged-product claims, and fulfillment may be handled by the applicable provider.
The fulfillment provider's policies apply to portions of the transaction handled by that provider.
A product appearing on LNSG does not guarantee continued inventory or availability.
Digital Products, Software & Game Access
Digital products, software, subscriptions, licenses, and game access grant only the product, plan, duration, or feature stated at the time of purchase or access.
Purchasing a product does not grant Developer, Moderator, Administrator, Owner, testing, or other privileged access unless explicitly stated.
Alpha, beta, experimental, early-access, testing, or in-development products may change substantially over time.
Features may be added, changed, removed, redesigned, reset, or replaced as development continues.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing or using an alpha or in-development product does not guarantee that any specific feature will remain permanently available.
Paid access may be suspended or revoked if the underlying transaction is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated.
Availability
LNSG does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, servers, software, games, integrations, streams, third-party services, or connected platforms.
Maintenance, outages, provider failures, API changes, platform changes, security issues, or other technical circumstances may temporarily interrupt service.
Third-Party Platforms
Some LNSG features depend on services operated by companies outside LNSG.
These may include Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Google, Stripe, Fourthwall, PayPal, Spotify, Amazon, Apple, and other providers.
LNSG does not control those companies and cannot guarantee continued access to their APIs, platforms, features, accounts, or services.
Ecosystem-Wide Administrative Enforcement
LNSG reserves the right, at its discretion, to apply ecosystem-wide administrative or enforcement action when LNSG determines that conduct, activity, or circumstances warrant enforcement.
Enforcement may include restriction, suspension, revocation, or termination of access to any or all LNSG accounts, products, services, or systems and is not limited to the individual product, service, account, or transaction involved.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers should contact LNSG regarding billing mistakes, refund requests, or transaction disputes before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
A chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or revocation of access associated with the disputed transaction and may trigger ecosystem-wide administrative enforcement.

Customers may contact LNSG through the official LNSG Discord support system.
LNSG Discord Support Ticket
Customers may open a support ticket through the official LNSG Discord server.
Submitting a support request does not guarantee a response or any specific response time.
LNSG may prioritize, decline, close, or choose not to respond to requests at its discretion.
Submitting duplicate reports of the same issue does not increase its priority or make it more likely to receive a faster response. Repeated duplicate reports may be treated as spam.
Abusive, fraudulent, threatening, spam, repetitive, or otherwise inappropriate submissions may be ignored, closed, or subject to account or platform enforcement.
Changes to These Terms
LNSG reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, add, remove, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise change its terms, policies, products, services, features, pricing, availability, functionality, payment systems, or business practices at any time without prior notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to review and remain up to date with the terms and policies that apply to their use of LNSG products and services. The current version and last-updated date will be published on the LNSG Legal & Policies page.
Continued access to or use of any LNSG product or service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms and policies.
